1. It is preferred to fill the empty YDZ-15 self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen, open the bleed valve and the inlet and outlet valves, connect the inlet and outlet valves, fill the tank with liquid nitrogen, observe the deflation Valves and pressure gauges, when the pressure gauge is overpressured, the pressure relief valve discharges the venting valve, not the nitrogen gas, but the liquid nitrogen, look at the liquid level gauge at the neck, the liquid level gauge is top-to-end, indicating the inside of the tank It has been filled with liquid nitrogen, at which point the nitrogen is filled.
2. When the liquid nitrogen tank is placed under high pressure, the internal pressure of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank that has just been filled is high, the pressure relief valve will periodically relieve pressure, and the bleed valve can be directly opened to deflate and the internal pressure is removed. Allow the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank to be placed directly at rest or left. When using, according to the pressure used, relieve pressure and adjust to the use pressure.
3. Pressurize, use the pressure booster slowly every time you use it. Do not increase the pressure to the head once. When the pressure exceeds 0.05mpa, you can start to open the drain to output liquid nitrogen. This is also based on the final pressure conditions used by the user. After use, you can open the bleed valve and let go of the pressure inside.
4. The liquid level meter is observed from the liquid nitrogen in the pressurized liquid nitrogen tank. Do not wait until the liquid level meter bottoms out before starting to fill the liquid nitrogen, so that the hot and cold alternates seriously, which affects the life of the tank. Liquid nitrogen needs to be poured when some liquid nitrogen remains.
5. Self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tanks are required to be connected to stainless steel metal hoses for liquid nitrogen tanks and storage liquid nitrogen tanks.
