1. Mainly used for underwater self-contained breathing apparatus. The inside of the cylinder is clean and can be filled with air and breathing mixture, suitable for diving activities of different depths. The gas cylinder is made of AA6061 aluminum alloy, which is highly resistant to corrosion and is suitable for working in corrosive environments such as seawater.
2. When the oxygen cylinder is used, turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the oxygen valve. Turn clockwise to close the valve. When the valve is opened, the operator should stand behind the valve side. The action should be gentle. After the valve is opened, observe the pressure gauge to see the bottle. Third, common uses
1. There are many types of cylinders related to diving operations. From the perspective of pressure, high pressure (working pressure is 15MPa~20MPa), medium pressure (working pressure is 2.5MPa~4.0Mpa) and low pressure (working pressure is 0.7mpa~) 1.5mpa) gas cylinder. From the point of view of use, there are self-contained underwater breathing gas and gas cylinders (the built-in gas can be used as the main gas source, and can also be used as a backup gas source for emergency situations).
2. Since the pressure and volume of the cylinder determine the volume of the atmospheric pressure gas contained in the cylinder, the selection of the cylinder requires a comprehensive consideration of the pressure and volume of the cylinder.
3. Generally, high-pressure gas cylinders are mostly used in marine pressurized systems and land pressure systems with high pressure to meet the requirements of small volume and large gas storage; low pressure gas cylinders are mostly used in high pressure oxygen chambers and working pressure is lower than 0.7mpa pressurized chamber.

Sixth, matters needing attention
1. The warehouse should be cool and ventilated, away from heat sources, fire, and prevent sun exposure. It is strictly forbidden to be heated. Explosion-proof lighting should be used for lighting in the library. No flammable materials should be stacked around the warehouse.
2. Attention should be paid to the acceptance of gas cylinders: the shape of the package is not obvious, the accessories are complete, the closure is tight, and there is no air leakage. The use period of the packaging should be within the period of pressure test. If it is overdue, it cannot be postponed and must be re-tested.
3. Gas cylinders whose contents are mutually contraindicated shall be stored in separate warehouses. For example, hydrogen bottles and liquid chlorine bottles, hydrogen bottles and oxygen bottles, liquid chlorine bottles and liquid ammonia bottles, etc., are not allowed to be mixed with the library. Flammable gases should not be stored together with other types of chemical dangerous goods. The cylinders should be placed upright when stored, preferably secured by a frame or fence and with access.
4. It must be lightly loaded and unloaded during loading and unloading. It is strictly forbidden to collide, throw, slide or roll on the ground. Do not point the valve to the person, and take care to prevent the cylinder helmet from falling off. Work clothes and handling tools must not be contaminated with oil when handling oxygen cylinders. Flammable gases are strictly prohibited from contact with fire.
5. The valve in the storage should be tightened and must not be leaked. If the cylinder is leaking, the door should be quickly opened, the cylinder valve should be tightened, and the cylinder should be immediately moved to a safe place. If it is a toxic gas, wear a gas mask. When the fire occurs, the gas cylinder should be removed from the fire as soon as possible. If it is not transported, a large amount of water can be used to cool the gas cylinder to prevent the high temperature from causing the gas cylinder to explode. Firefighters should stand on the upwind and on the side of the cylinder.
6. The helmet on the cylinder must be worn when transporting. Gas cylinders should generally be laid flat, and the mouth of the bottle should be oriented in the same direction, and should not be crossed; the height should not exceed the fence of the vehicle, and the triangular wooden mat should be used to prevent rolling.
7. All gas cylinders must undergo regular technical inspections in strict accordance with national regulations. If the gas cylinder is found to have severe corrosion or other serious damage during use, it should be inspected in advance.
8. When storing and transporting cylinders, check:
(1) Whether the paint color and logo on the bottle match the product name on various documents, whether the packaging, logo, and anti-vibration apron are complete, and whether the bottle seal on the bottle is within the validity period.
(2) Whether the helmet is intact, tightened, and the bottle wall is corroded, damaged, crusted, sunken, bubbling and scars.
(3) Whether the earphones have a “filament” leaking sound.
(4) Detect the presence of strong irritating odor or odor on the spot by smell.
