Immediate replacement is required in the following situations: repeated calibration failures, valve body corrosion, failure to reset after pressure relief, frequent abnormal popping, and service life exceeding 5 years with obvious internal component aging.
Safety valve replacement follows strict industrial specifications, and universal valves are not allowed. Users must select dedicated valves matching the tank medium: oil-free safety valves for liquid oxygen tanks and customized models for liquid nitrogen and CO2 tanks. All parameters including set pressure and caliber must fully match the original tank specifications. Before replacement, residual tank pressure must be completely discharged. After installation, on-site pressure testing and calibration are mandatory, with formal test reports reserved for safety inspection.
