On the one hand, high-pressure air flow of high-purity nitrogen is used to comprehensively purge the inside of the pipeline, thoroughly remove residual impurities, welding slag and moisture, avoid pipeline blockage and valve wear caused by impurities, and eliminate pipeline inner wall corrosion caused by water vapor, clearing obstacles for oil and gas transportation. On the other hand, as an inert gas, nitrogen can effectively replace the air and flammable gases in the pipeline, reduce the oxygen concentration in the pipeline, and eliminate the safety hazards caused by flammable gases encountering open flames during construction and commissioning, building a solid safety barrier for pipeline construction and later operation.

Select high-purity nitrogen with a purity of more than 99.99%, accurately control the purging pressure and flow according to the pipeline diameter and length, avoid damage to pipeline interfaces due to excessive pressure; adopt the method of segmented purging and step-by-step detection to ensure that impurities and water vapor in the pipeline are completely removed. After qualified purging, seal the pipeline port in time to prevent secondary pollution. At the same time, construction personnel must hold certificates to work, do a good job in safety protection, monitor nitrogen concentration throughout the process, and eliminate the risk of asphyxiation caused by nitrogen leakage.
